Terms of Use (EULA)
The agreement that governs your use of Imaginum, including auto-renewable subscriptions.
Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Imaginum you agree to this End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old to create an Imaginum account.
What Imaginum provides
Imaginum provides manifestation-planning, journaling, imaginal-scene, vision-board, audio, practice-tracking, community-library, and AI conversation tools. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. Review it before relying on it. Imaginum does not provide medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice and does not guarantee any particular outcome.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account and credentials. You retain ownership of the prompts, desires, journal entries, images, recordings, and other content you submit. You grant Imaginum the limited licence needed to host, process, reproduce, and display that content to operate features you request. Private content remains private unless you choose to share or publish it.
Acceptable use and community safety
Do not use Imaginum to create or share unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or dangerous content; impersonate another person; evade safety measures; or interfere with the service. Community submissions may be moderated, rejected, or removed. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended or terminated.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
Imaginum offers optional monthly auto-renewable subscriptions: • Imaginum Pro — expanded AI generations, scenes, conversations, audio, and vision-board usage. • Imaginum VIP — the highest included limits and advanced practice and personalization features. The exact local price is shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm. A subscription renews for another one-month period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that end date.
Managing, cancelling, restoring, and refunds
Manage or cancel your subscription in App Store account settings on iOS or Google Play subscriptions on Android. Deleting Imaginum does not cancel it. Use Restore Purchases in the membership screen to recover an eligible store purchase. Any offered trial converts at the displayed price unless cancelled before it ends; purchasing may forfeit unused trial time. Apple or Google handles store refunds under its policies.
Availability and limitation of liability
Imaginum is provided “as is” and may change or experience interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Imaginum disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or AI-generated output.
