Privacy policy

How Imaginum handles your data.

Information you provide

We collect account information such as your name, email address, sign-in provider identifier, and optional profile settings. We also store the content you choose to create or upload, including desires and goals, prompts, AI conversations, imaginal scenes, affirmations, journal and progress entries, practice settings, images, reference photos, voice selections, and feedback or support messages.

Purchases, device data, and usage

Apple, Google, Stripe, and RevenueCat may provide purchase product, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and renewal or cancellation status; Imaginum does not receive your full card number. We collect an account or app identifier, device and platform information, push-notification token and preferences, coarse acquisition source, feature interactions, generation outcomes, practice activity, and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, measure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you; deliver and personalize Imaginum; generate requested AI text, images, and audio; save and synchronize your content; process entitlements; send requested reminders and service messages; prevent abuse; provide support; understand activation, retention, and feature performance; and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and we do not use your data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites for advertising.

AI and service providers

To provide features you request, relevant prompts, text, reference media, or generated output may be processed by contracted service providers such as hosting and storage vendors, OpenAI or other configured AI model providers, ElevenLabs for voice generation, Firebase or Google for authentication, analytics and notifications, and RevenueCat, Apple, Google, or Stripe for subscription processing. Providers process data only to supply their services under their own security and retention controls.

Analytics and notifications

Imaginum uses first-party product events and Firebase/Google Analytics to understand app usage and reliability. Analytics events use account or device identifiers and stable feature names; we design them not to include names, email addresses, authored prompts, journal text, or conversation text. Native app analytics is enabled to measure product performance. Web visitors are offered an analytics choice. Push notifications require operating-system permission and can be changed in the app or device settings.

Sharing and community features

Your desires, scenes, images, audio, and journal content are private unless you deliberately share or publish an eligible item. Published community-library content and its selected attribution are visible to other users. You can unpublish or delete eligible content through the app, subject to moderation, backup, legal, and abuse-prevention retention.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain account data while your account is active and as needed for service delivery, security, disputes, and legal obligations. We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. You can edit content and privacy settings, manage notification and analytics choices where offered, export data, and request account deletion from Settings.

Your rights and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to processing of, or delete personal data. To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, use the in-app controls or email privacy@imaginum.ai. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
