How do streaks and freeze tokens work?+
Qualifying daily practice advances your streak. Milestones can award freeze tokens, which protect an established streak when a day is missed.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings → Deactivation and follow the prompts. Data is removed on deactivation according to the privacy policy.
