The Wall Is Gone

I am on the other side of the block that stopped me. I feel the openness of this — the way forward is clear, and I am moving in it without the resistance I once felt. I understand now that the block was not a wall but a threshold, and I have crossed it. The thing I was unable to start is started. The habit I was unable to form is formed. The pattern I was unable to break is broken. I am in motion. My momentum is real and it feeds itself. I feel the pleasure of someone who has proved to themselves that they can do hard things. The next barrier, if there is one, does not frighten me. I know how it ends.
