I know why this work matters. I understand who it serves and what changes because I have done it well. At the end of the day I feel the clean tiredness of someone who gave something real. The organisation or clients I work with see my value and reflect it back in the ways that count — recognition, compensation, and the weight their trust places in my judgment. I am doing what I was made for and I know it.
