I wake feeling the aliveness in my body. My limbs are strong. My energy is real — not borrowed from caffeine but arising from genuine rest and a system that is working well. I feel my breath move easily through me. I feel my muscles ready and capable. I am grateful for this body that carries me through everything. I nourish it thoughtfully and it responds. I move today with ease. I feel the difference between a body that is fighting something and a body that is thriving — and this body is thriving. I am healthy. I am well. I feel it in the clarity of my mind and the readiness of my limbs. Today I am fully alive.
